How to Enable/Disable Template or Widget Feature in WDesignKit?

With WDesignKit, you have the freedom to unleash your creativity by either creating your own unique templates and widgets or downloading ready-made assets crafted by other WDesignKit users. The possibilities are endless, and the choice is yours.

However, we understand that sometimes you may want to focus exclusively on templates or widgets, depending on your current project requirements. That’s why we’ve made it incredibly easy for you to enable or disable the template or widget feature within WDesignKit.

If you’re solely focused on templates, you can disable the widget feature, ensuring that your workspace is optimized for template creation. Likewise, if you work exclusively with widgets, you can disable the template feature to streamline your workflow.

Requirement  – This feature is a part of The WDesignKit, make sure it’s installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.

1. To do this from the WDesignKit plugin page, go to Settings, then click the Customize button in the Features Manager section.

2. It will open the Feature Manager popup, here, you can easily enable or disable Template and Widget Builder features.

Based on the disabled feature, its relevant options will be removed from the WDesignKit plugin page and the related files will not be loaded to the server.

For example, if you disable the Widget Builder feature, it will remove the Widget Builder related options from WDesignKit plugin page and its related files will not be loaded in the server as well.
